Ok, guys, I'm really excited! Why? Because I've wrestled with getting my pictures to fully fit the size of the post and I just figured it out. Yay!
We got quite a bit of snow last weekend from our pal Jonas--around 10-12". I thought it was the perfect time to whip out my new coat from J. Crew Factory. I had been stalking this coat for several months (because that's how I roll) and it finally hit the price point that I would pay! Bright on a Budget win!!! FYI--I linked the coat below, but do not purchase it as the current price unless you're afraid it will sell out in your size. Wait patiently and watch the J. Crew website, because it's been cycling through sales. I've seen it listed for $114, and I've seen other colors as low as $56.99 when they had an extra 50% off clearance.
Since this is a coat that speaks for itself, I paired it with all-black clothes but played up the color palette through colors that went nicely with the coat. Now, I would call the color of the coat aqua, but J. Crew has it listed as turquoise. Whatevs, I love it.
The zipper makes this coat so convenient, too. I mean, who wants to take time to fool with buttons when it's freezing cold? Not me.
I adore this year's Pantone Colors of the Year--rose quartz and serenity. I brought them into play with this outfit in the earrings and necklace. My necklace is a piece from Rocksbox that I just couldn't send back in, so I kept it. You can find out more about Rocksbox here, and see below for a special promo code to get 1 month FREE in case you want to try it out!

Bangles: c/o Forever Lasered Memories
And let's chat about these awesome Kentucky bangles for a minute (or about what a HOT MESS my hair is.haha). Cassie from Forever Lasered Memories reached out to me a couple of weeks ago about these Kentucky bangles, and I'm so glad she did! Wire bangles + cute Kentucky cutouts = love. Both styles of this bracelet come in several different colors, including blue, pink, red, and tortoiseshell. Cassie and her husband make everything in house, and I was impressed with the quality of the bangles. For my Kentucky girls, head on over to Instagram around 10 am today--I'm posting a giveaway for BOTH bangles! PS, there's no limit to the number of cool, personalized items they can make, so head over and check out their website!
